What does power washing cost?
Most homes land between $250 and $600 depending on size and how much surface there is. Driveways typically run $150 to $350, decks $150 to $400, and whole-home packages are cheaper than booking each service separately. Every quote is firm before we start, and we do not charge for the estimate.
Is power washing the same as soft washing?
No, and using the wrong one is how siding cracks and roofs lose shingles. Power washing cleans with force, which is right for concrete, brick pavers and flatwork. Soft washing cleans with chemistry at garden-hose pressure, which is what siding, roofs, decks and fences need. Most houses need both, so most of our visits use both.
How long does a typical visit take?
A single service like a driveway is usually two to three hours. A whole-home package with siding, roof and hardscape is most of a day. We give you a window when we book and call ahead on the day.
Do I need to be home?
No. We need access to an outdoor spigot and to the areas being cleaned. Plenty of our customers are at work while we are there. We will text photos when the job is done.
How often should a house be washed?
Every one to two years for siding in this climate, and roofs every two to three. Shaded north-facing walls under tree cover go green faster and sometimes want a yearly visit. Concrete depends more on foot traffic and shade than on age.
Are you insured?
Fully insured, and we will send a certificate of insurance on request. That matters more than most homeowners realise: an uninsured crew putting a ladder through your gutter becomes your problem, not theirs.
